In 1906 a newfangled act came out called the School Meals Act, this was to bear witness that poor children did not have to be taken into assist as long as the state helped them. School Meals became compulsory in 1914. Then in 1907 an act called the Medical Inspection, this was to show that children are living in bad conditions and have got poor health conditions.
