1. What services- a relatively frail, agitated, elderly man with deteriorating eyesight, no family and very fewer friends, with a limited income from employment would need before and afterward the surgical procedure.

* Final Evaluation and Termination-Evaluate overall progress; dally the relationship to an end; give feed back to the situation about how services and programs might improved.

I would establish rapport and practice with Mr. Goldstein by chess clearing a professional relationship to help him become open to the possibility of change and actively engage in the change process. Another way I would establish rapport and trust with Mr. Goldstein is by using warmth and empathy. Warmth is a quality of relationship that communicates respect, acceptance, and interest in the well-being of others and empathy is taking somebody elses place. A positive relationship is a circumstance for effective work with individuals, families, or groups of clients, but it is also grand in work with the people who make up organizations and communities.
