Question: Describe about the Administrative system review and planning? Answer: Introduction This report is based on the opening of a new branch of the Kindling Coffee Company which is well renowned in coffee shop chain business. A new branch has been opened in St. Peter Street in Melbourne and now there has evolved a requirement of a new accounting system that would help the company to maintain the accounts of the business from all over its branches. This system will help the company to communicate with other branches and can be used to access the accounting system of every outlet under one monitory system. As the company has five branches, it will be easy to access the accounts through online and therefore it will be recommended for the company. Through the online process it will be lot easier to maintain the accounts of every shop and the process will bring easy authentication of every outlet to one major system. There is several more account related problem that can be solved through this system. To employ the system we need to look at some of the issues but after the im plementation, the business will be certainly gained a new prospective. The initiative is a highly advanced decision that will certainly benefit our business for quite some extent that can be rest assured. Administrative system review and planning Requirements To employ the online accounting system there are several arrangements that have to be made by the administrative department. It will take some systems and efficient methods to get working and fulfill the requirement for the cause. To start up the system first of all the company needs a server through which the system can be run. The next most essential device is the computer system and the accounting software which has to be highly skilled in technical way and that should counter all the shop related accounts in a simple user friendly method and should also be secured in a large extent. The system development company is one of the major requirements of this particular procedure. Besides, a highly efficient portal and a domain have to be arranged to complete the system. After the completion of all requirements a good set of workers is also needed which ensure the system will work prolifically. From offline accounting process the company is shifting to online accounting system and needs to make the use of this system mandatory for all employees in the company. For making the staff of the company familiar with the new system the company needs to develop new training programs and make the employees usual to the accounting system. Through this new software system the staff of the company will be able to communicate online and will help the company to meet the modernization need of the globalized market. The management team needs to make this system familiar with everyone related with the company to help them know the financial status of the company. To use this system the accounting department and head of each branch needs to go for a training session w ith the system developing company that will train the staffs to use the system appropriately and proficiently. The staff needs to make proper participation in the new strategic development of the company to help the company meet its requirement. Ongoing maintenance of the system A proper monitoring system must be implemented to check whether the accounting system is used properly and the employees keep any loop hole in using the new system. Management team of the company must check the working of the staff and the employees and the work of the management team must be cross checked by the managing director of the company. The management team of the company must keep a continuously communicate with the system development company and must seek for new updates for the system. A proper updated system will help the system easier to use and will help the employees use the system more appropriately to meet the ultimate goal of the new administrative development. The system is developed to meet the requirement of maintaining the companys accounts from all over the globe. Hence it needs to maintain a proper monitoring system that would help the company to check that no fraud is done with the help of a free lancing system. Conclusion This report is categorically based for the implementation of the online accounting system of the above mentioned company. There are few basic importance to be discussed which the project can bring to the companys decision making. This project can ensure a lot of things that might be overlooked in the past. As the company is going online to its accounting system, therefore it can be monitored from any part of the earth through secured process and thus it can be global. Besides to this, secure accounting system can be maintained by this way. Though one thing has to be monitored carefully that the system has to be handled in a very private way to ensure no security laps are there.
