Ahmad1 1Department of Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, CEET, University of the Punjab, Lahore, 54590, Pakistan, 2Department of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, 54890, Pakistan SUMMARY: The anticorrosion characteristics of Ni/Ti2N composite finis applied through electrode sight and cathodic arc physical drying up deposition (CAPVD) on mould NdFeB permanent attractive forces were study in simulated industrial environment (0.5% Na2SO4). The corrosion tool of redundant and composite coating was evaluated by Tafel Polarization scans and abasement doings was estimated by AC underground spectroscopy. The coating morphology, scrape alchemy and identification of component phases were analyzed by scan electron microscope and X-ray diffraction method respectively. It was deduced that the c orrosion reactions of composite cover attractor were controlled by anodic polarization as compared to advertise magnet where the degenerative tendency toward corrosion was rapid. The early surface magnet protection was deteriorated by kinetically controlled corrosion reactions as predicted from impedance spectroscopy.
