Non smokers shouldnt be exposed to harm of smoking when they arent even participating in the act of smoking. A fuck ban of smoking would protect people from second hand smoke. A ban of public smoking will in any case encourage more people smoke at home. Smokers have to maintain a certain aim of nicotine in their subscriber line to remain content and not on edge. A ban on public smoking would also force smokers to smoke less while at work. Over time, this would lower the level of nicotine that they need to feel content.
