There are some organizations that impact the health negociate information amounts. There are also many standards that impact the organizations. There are 4 basic standard development processes. The first is the Ad hoc, bit is De facto, third is Government sanction, the fourth is consensus. Ad hoc is an established standard when a group of interested people or organizations agrees on a certain specification, without any egg adoption process. De- facto is when a vendors product becomes the normal standard. Government mandate Are standards that are mandated by the government. Consensus are standards are when representatives from assorted interested groups come together to reach a formal agreement. (Wagner, Lee, & Glaser, n.d., Chapter 9 & 10)
