Lacking control of the body reminds me of a certain cyclorama in the movie Body Snatchers If individual is not in control of their body, he or she will not be able to accept themselves for who they re on the wholey are. Such a person will most likely seek to change their appearance and are not comfortable being in on that point own skin. The media is to be blamed for a persons desire to be someone else because they manipulate people into believe that theres a certain standard for what size, weight unit they should be and what they should wear.

Therefore, they are choosing to be something they are not and operative towards something that is futile in the end.
